Lucy gained a BSc in Food Marketing at the University of Reading, and has worked in the food industry ever since. With extensive buying, supply chain, and product development experience for the likes of Selfridges, Costco, and Virgin Atlantic, Lucy has gained a rich knowledge of multiple food categories. These include, ambient, frozen, fresh, and beers, wines and spirits.
Judging for prestigious industry awards keeps Lucy on top of British food trends, and having spent an extensive period of time in North America researching the food industry there, Lucy brings with her inspiration from both sides of the Atlantic.
